I’m happy to say that I’ve moved from the “obese” category to “overweight”—I’ll gladly take it! I’ve also noticed that people are more inclined to chat with me now. When I was heavier, I felt invisible; no one really acknowledged me, and I often blended into the background. It feels good when people say hello. It’s unfortunate, though, that people treat each other differently based on appearance and size.

Anyway, enough of my rant! I hope everyone here is making fantastic progress on their own journeys. Thanks for listening to mine. ✌🏼

38/f, 5’2, SW 206, GW 135, CW 153. I’m beyond thrilled with my progress so far! I’ve struggled with being “obese” most of my life, aside from my college years 🤪. Dealing with PCOS and the constant weight gain has been tough, but this has truly been a game-changer for me. I don’t get as exhausted as I used to, and now I can actually play with my little girl!
